Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive at Endeco Builders. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets. Your tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and campaigns and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Telugu and English Language is mandatory
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Apartment sales is desirable and a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Willing to commute to Motinagar, Hyderabad Office.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales
